Returns
Returns are accepted only if the item received is significantly different from the description provided on our website.This includes cases where the item has undisclosed damage, incorrect sizing information, or is not the item that was ordered.
- Change of mind
- Fit issues when measurements were provided
- Minor vintage wear that was shown in photos or described in the listing
Return Request
If you believe your item does not match the description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item received
- A brief explanation of the issue
After reviewing the request, we will inform you whether the return is approved.
Return Conditions
- The item must be returned in the same condition it was received.
- Items must be shipped back within 5 days after return approval.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake was on our side.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
